About the WIN member hosts:
Heather Hyjek, Wellness Coach, Hyjek Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center
What
is Wellness? Wellness is the degree to which an individual experiences
health and vitality in any dimension of life. Through the Creating
Wellness system, your level of health and wellness can be measured and
improved. By combining state of the art technology and a
comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire, we measure over 50 factors that
are crucial indicators of your overall wellness. These measurements
combine to establish your Wellness Quotient (WQ), a benchmark number to
improve upon via exercise, diet, mental fitness and with the help of a
coach.
Find your way to a better you with the help of a proven program and a trusted professional.
Heather
graduated from the University of MN with a Bachelor of Individualized
Studies with concentrations in Public Health, Psychology and African
Development. She is also a Certified Intrinsic Coach and a Certified
Creating Wellness Professional.
Sharon Anderson, President, Balanced Lifestyles
Balanced Lifestyles integrates four popular business trends:
wellness, interpersonal marketing, in-home business, and the franchise
model. We help others maintain health and wellness and create residual
income. We attribute our success to the ability to listen to people's
needs and our commitment to mentoring them with ongoing support of
their dreams and goals.
We use Integrated Business Systems as
our franchise training model and Sunrider International as our
supplier. Sunrider has been in existence for 25 years, is debt free,
and is privately owned, an anomaly in today's corporate structures.
Sunrider manufactures all of its 400+ products. The manufacturing
facility is FDA certified with a pharmaceutical grade licensure.
We have always held integrity first among all our virtues because in the end, that is all that really matters.
